What to Expect as a New Member

Day 1: One-on-One Consult
As you walk in the door of our Blaine office, you will be greeted by our friendly front office staff. They'll have instructions to get you checked in and make you feel at home. From there, you'll meet with Dr. Alec or a team member to discuss your story, your current health concerns, and your goals.
Day 1: Comprehensive Chiropractic Assessment
We'll perform a scan of your spinal column to determine areas of stress or nerve interference in your body. It's noninvasive, gentle, and done with a simple handheld scan, and it helps us tailor your chiropractic care to the specific needs of your body. We may also take x-rays, depending on Dr. Alec's findings.
Day 2: Sit Down with Dr. Alec
This is the most important (and fun!) visit to our office! Dr. Alec will meet with you personally to explain the results of your diagnostic assessment, discuss the impact of any issues on your health, and talk through different treatment options. Together, you'll map out an individualized treatment plan to help you enjoy a healthier, happier life. Your second visit will conclude with your first adjustment to start the healing process.
