Torque Release Technique

At Evolve Chiropractic we use one of the most advanced and reproducible techniques in the chiropractic profession today, Torque Release Technique. TRT was created out of chiropractic research and combines the best attributes from a variety of techniques that are all highly effective. An instrument, called the integrator, is used to administer a safe, gentle, and specific chiropractic adjustment. The main objective of TRT is to identify primary areas of neurological interference, known as subluxation; with focus on the vital connection between the spinal cord and spinal columns. The minimal force placed on the spine by the chiropractor releases tension and pressure around the spine and spinal cord, allowing the nervous system to communicate between the body and brain more effectively. When all of your body’s systems are coordinated and working together, it will better correct itself, promoting healing and long-term health. Dr. Alec is one of less than 300 chiropractors that has attained Advanced Proficiency Certification in Torque Release Technique.

Due to our gentle approach, people of all ages, from newborns to elderly, can benefit from TRT adjustments. Each adjustment uses minimal force for a safe and effective adjustment leading to significant neurological changes that not only improves wellbeing and overall body function, but can relieve pain and symptoms from any disease, illness, or underlying condition.

The Integrator

Specific:

By using the Integrator, Dr. Alec can focus on the removal of subluxations in specific areas of your nervous system. Specificity and accuracy of adjustments can decrease neurological interference more efficiently and effectively.

Reproducible:

The integrator makes TRT the most reproducible technique in the chiropractic profession by using the same force and speed of an adjustment every time.

Safe

The integrator was one of the first chiropractic tools to be approved by the FDA. TRT is safe for the entire family!

Gentle

The integrator allows for a very gentle chiropractic adjustment, with no twisting or cracking involved.

Webster Technique

The technique that we use to analyze pregnant women is called Webster Technique. This technique is a gentle chiropractic adjustment that aims to stabilize the sacrum and SI joint to improve function in the nervous system. This technique works by releasing tension in the musculature and surrounding ligaments, creating balanced pelvic muscles and ligaments in pregnant women so their bodies can better adapt to the stress and changes that come with pregnancy and prepare for a healthy and safe birth for the mother and child.
